Drawing on Yourself!

Drawing on Yourself (a 56 page graphic novella online) has started and there are 8 pages online to hopefully get you hooked. :)

It’s about hipsters and classics majors in love, regretful tattoos and unrequited obsessions- but mostly about Don Quixote. New pages will be updated on Mondays and Fridays, with the dead tree book debuting at MoCCA!

Reminds me of a guy I knew who got a stupid tattoo after Desert Storm (of course his was the tasmanian devil waving a confederate flag).

I'll never have the guts to get a tattoo and if I did it would probably be really stupid, at least koi fish are kinda neat.

The one I'm procrastinating on getting is my own design. Except I keep thinking it needs to (a) be multi-colored and prismatic, not black, and (b) not be embedded into my skin in a city I'm aching to be away from before the end of summer.

Honestly? It really is about Don Quixote and is small and strange and sort of loose. It's not a change the world kind of book. I don't know. I'm not good at describing these sorts of things. I just make them.
